We are looking for a customer service supervisor
As our customer service supervisor, you are expected to monitor ongoing compliance with procedures to ensure the best customer service. Some key responsibilities are:
– Monitoring and Assessing Staff Activities: You’ll keep an eye on the daily activities of customer service operations, ensuring that team members perform their duties effectively.
– Training and Mentoring: You’ll train new hires and provide ongoing training for all staff, focusing on customer service skills and company policies.
– Handling Complaints and Queries: When customer complaints or queries escalate, you’ll step in to address them promptly and find solutions.
– Setting and Implementing Policies: You’ll assist in developing and implementing service policies, ensuring that staff and customers understand them.
– Maintaining Documentation: Keeping records related to customer service activities is essential for tracking performance and resolving issues.
Requirement: The candidate is expected to have a degree or equivalent qualification for this role.
Annual Salary: £38,800.00
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
